Why GOMIN
Six Pillars of Performance
Engineered for production environments where compatibility, consistency, and longevity are non-negotiable.
Zero Resin Content
No resin binders means no compatibility clashes. A single paste grades across waterborne, solvent-based, and specialist resin systems.
Nano-Ground Dispersion
A tandem coarse-then-fine grinding process achieves sub-micron particle uniformity. The result: exceptional gloss, transparency, and zero settling or flooding.
Superior Weatherfastness
Lightfastness grades 7–8 and weatherfastness grades 4–5 ensure colour stability through outdoor exposure exceeding five years — no fading, no chalking.
High-Temperature Stability
Selected grades withstand stoving and baking from 200°C to 280°C without colour shift — critical for automotive components, hardware, and electronics coatings.
Full Colour Range
Carbon black, titanium white, organic yellow, red, ultramarine, phthalo blue & green, and permanent violet. Custom PANTONE and RAL matching available on request.
Washable-Coating Clean
No resin residue after washing — making GOMIN paste the preferred choice for children's toy lacquers, medical device coatings, and washable architectural finishes.
Technical Specifications
Tested to GB/T 21473-2008. Full shade and 1:10 TiO₂ dilution ratings both shown.

Technical Questions
Common formulation and application questions — answered by our technical team.
What does "resin-free" mean for compatibility?
Conventional colour pastes contain a resin binder that must match the host coating's chemistry. GOMIN's resin-free formula eliminates that constraint entirely — the paste integrates into acrylic, epoxy, alkyd, polyurethane, fluorocarbon, and polysiloxane systems without reformulation or compatibility testing beyond a standard 1–2% tint trial.
How should I disperse GOMIN colour paste into my coating?
Stir the paste for 5–10 minutes before use to ensure no sedimentation. Add paste slowly at the vortex edge of the mixing vessel — primary shade first, secondaries after. For waterborne systems, disperse at 800–1200 rpm for 10–15 minutes; for solvent-based, 600–1000 rpm for 8–12 minutes. Filter through 150–250 mesh before application.
Can I use GOMIN paste in UV-curable coatings?
Yes. GOMIN's resin-free formulation is compatible with UV-curable (photo-curable) resin systems. Dalian Gomin Special Coating is a specialist UV coating manufacturer, and the paste range is specifically engineered with UV chemistry in mind. Conduct a curing performance check at your exact UV dose and initiator loading before full production.
What is the shelf life and storage condition?
Unopened: 24 months stored at 0–35°C, away from direct light, moisture, and ignition sources. Opened: use within 3 months. Mild sedimentation after prolonged storage is normal — thorough stirring restores performance fully.
Can water-based and solvent-based colour pastes be mixed?
No. Mixing waterborne and solvent-based colour pastes will cause emulsion breakdown and ruin the batch. Keep dedicated tools for each system type and label containers clearly to prevent cross-contamination.
