Dalian Gomin Special Coating Co., Ltd. recently introduced the GM-I, II, and III series of special anti-corrosion coatings, providing long-term protective solutions for industrial equipment and infrastructure with exceptional corrosion resistance, eco-friendly performance, and broad applicability.
GM-I-001 Special Anti-Corrosion Coating: As the core product for foundational protection, it offers ultra-strong corrosion resistance, enduring harsh environments such as 5%-50% sulfuric acid and saturated calcium hydroxide for over 6 years. It features excellent physical properties, including impact resistance (50kg/cm²), bending resistance (no cracks on a 10mm-axis), and a wide temperature range (-40℃ to 150℃). With 100% closed-cell rate, zero solvent emission, and compliance with drinking water safety standards, it is widely used in storage tanks, pipelines, offshore platforms, and other heavy corrosion scenarios.
GM-II-002 Color Steel Tile Renewal Coating: Designed for color steel tiles and steel structures, it significantly enhances anti-yellowing performance, showing no chalking or discoloration after 500 hours of artificial aging tests. With robust weather resistance (-30℃ to 120℃) and easy application, it supports direct brushing or pairing with GM-I, ideal for renewing large flat substrates like factory roofs and chemical equipment.
GM-III-003 Anti-Yellowing Coating: Incorporating international anti-yellowing technology, it addresses traditional coating discoloration issues, maintaining zero color change after 500 hours of UV aging tests. Used with GM-I primer, it balances aesthetics and corrosion resistance, resisting 50% sulfuric acid, 10% hydrochloric acid, and other chemicals. Suitable for marine engineering, food/medical equipment, and scenarios requiring high color stability.
Performance parameters indicate a 100% closed-cell rate across the series, alongside industry-leading adhesion and impact resistance.
