Our company proudly introduces the GM-BL Glass Nano Thermal Insulation Coating, a high-performance coating that integrates thermal insulation, waterproofing, corrosion resistance, and decorative functions. Based on silicone copolymer acrylic and incorporating inorganic metal oxides and polycrystalline compound technology, this coating boasts exceptional weather resistance, self-cleaning properties, and strong adhesion, making it suitable for various applications such as roofs, exterior walls, pipelines, and oil tanks.
The GM-BL coating reflects over 90% of solar heat and rapidly dissipates heat with an emissivity rate of 90%, significantly reducing surface temperatures. Its outstanding physical properties include a hardness of ≥5H, scrub resistance of up to 10,000 cycles, and excellent resistance to acids, alkalis, and artificial aging (3,000 hours without chalking or loss of gloss). Additionally, the coating features a tensile strength of 8.38 MPa and an elongation rate of >76%, allowing it to accommodate substrate deformation and minimize cracking risks.
The application process is simple and can be done via spraying or rolling, with a short drying time (surface dry in 2 hours, fully dry in 4 hours). It also supports color customization to meet decorative needs. During construction, ensure the substrate is clean and dry, with ambient temperatures above 5°C and humidity below 80%. Flexible packaging options include 1 kg/bottle and 25 kg/drum.
