Compared to similar products on the market, our product boasts exceptional weather resistance, corrosion resistance, salt spray resistance, solvent resistance, leveling properties, and excellent recoatability.
Product Characteristics
Additionally, the paint film has a high gloss and dries quickly! In practical applications, it offers a high tolerance for errors. In water-based metal paint formulations, it has excellent compatibility with anti-rust pigments and fillers, providing good protection for substrates such as metals and glass, and features outstanding peelable performance.
Coating Application:
Suitable for various metals, glass, vehicle bodies, and other rigid, smooth surfaces for temporary protective coating.

Application Instructions
▊ Preparation Before Application
Surface Treatment: Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from oil, dust, and other impurities. For metal surfaces, proper rust removal and cleaning are recommended. For glass surfaces, ensure there are no stains or grease.
Tool Preparation:
Use clean plastic or stainless steel containers, mixing tools, and spraying equipment. Avoid using iron or other corrosion-prone materials to prevent affecting the quality of the paint film.
▊ Application Steps
Mixing: Thoroughly stir the water-based peelable paint emulsion before use to ensure the product is uniform and free from sedimentation.
Dilution: If necessary, dilute with an appropriate amount of clean water. The recommended dilution ratio should not exceed 10%, and the specific ratio can be adjusted based on the application environment and equipment.
Application Method: Apply by spraying, brushing, or rolling. For spraying, high-pressure airless spraying equipment is recommended to ensure an even paint film.
Coating Thickness: The recommended single-layer coating thickness is around 30μm, with a theoretical coverage of approximately 10㎡/kg. Multiple layers can be applied as needed, ensuring each layer is completely dry before applying the next.
Curing Conditions: After application, cure at a temperature of 80-120°C for no more than 30 minutes. Adjust curing time and temperature based on actual conditions.
▊ Application Precautions
Environmental Requirements: The application environment temperature should be between 5-30°C, with humidity preferably below 80%. Avoid application in high-temperature, high-humidity, or low-temperature environments to prevent affecting the paint film quality.
Recoatability: If multiple layers are required, ensure the previous layer is completely dry before applying the next layer to guarantee adhesion and peelability.
Peelability: This product offers excellent peelability, making it suitable for temporary protective coatings. When peeling is required, the film can be lifted directly from the edge and removed completely without leaving residue.

▊ Storage and Packaging

▊ Safety and Environmental Protection
(1) Wear appropriate protective equipment, such as gloves and masks, during application to avoid direct contact with skin and eyes. In case of accidental contact, rinse immediately with clean water and seek medical attention if necessary.
(2) This product is water-based and environmentally friendly, emitting no harmful gases during application, and complies with environmental standards. Dispose of waste materials according to local environmental regulations.
(3) Avoid scratching or impacting the paint film before it is fully cured to ensure film quality.
