We fully implement the lean production management concept, aiming to eliminate all waste in the production process and achieve efficient and high-quality production goals. Through precise production planning and scheduling, we ensure the rational allocation and coordinated operation of resources such as raw materials, equipment, and manpower. For example, we use an advanced Material Requirements Planning (MRP) system to accurately calculate the purchase quantity and time of raw materials based on order demands, avoiding inventory backlogs or shortages. On the production site, we implement the 5S management method (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) to maintain a clean and orderly working environment and improve production efficiency and product quality. At the same time, a continuous improvement mechanism is established, encouraging employees to put forward rationalization suggestions and regularly evaluating and optimizing the production process to continuously reduce production costs and enhance enterprise competitiveness.
