Quality is the lifeline of an enterprise. Therefore, we have established a strict and comprehensive quality inspection process in factory production. Starting from the incoming inspection of raw materials, each batch of raw materials has to undergo multiple inspection procedures, including physical property testing and chemical composition analysis. Only the raw materials that pass the inspection can enter the production process. During the production process, multiple quality inspection points are set up to conduct real-time inspections on semi-finished products of each production process, such as the detection of key indicators like the viscosity, fineness, and color of coatings. Advanced testing equipment, such as high-precision spectrometers and viscometers, is used to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the test data. For finished coatings, in addition to routine performance testing, durability tests under various actual usage environments are also simulated, such as weather resistance tests and corrosion resistance tests. Only the products that pass all quality inspection links are allowed to be packaged and leave the factory, thus providing customers with high-quality and stable-performance coating products.
