GM-DW Flexible Low-Temperature Adhesive
Pale yellow in color, fast-drying, environmentally friendly, wide temperature application, high-strength bonding, no additional protection required, ensures system vapor tightness.
Product Features
A solvent-based rubber adhesive specifically designed for extreme environments, ideal for low-temperature and cryogenic applications in the petroleum, petrochemical, and industrial sectors.Utilizing an eco-friendly formulation, it cures quickly, reducing waiting time, and is both environmentally friendly and efficient, meeting the stringent environmental requirements of today's society. It has a wide application temperature range (-196°C to 105°C), suitable for extremely cold and hot environments, with stable bonding performance. Specifically designed for diene-based nitrile low-temperature elastomer insulation materials, it maintains high strength in cryogenic environments, ensuring engineering quality and safety. Once dried, the adhesive forms a high-strength bond without the need for additional protection, simplifying processes, reducing costs, and improving efficiency. It also effectively prevents insulation layer corrosion, ensuring system vapor tightness and safety, extending equipment lifespan, and providing comprehensive protection for industrial equipment.
Application Industries:
Particularly suitable for low-temperature and cryogenic applications in the petroleum, petrochemical, and industrial sectors, as well as for low-temperature storage tanks, pipeline systems, and other scenarios requiring high-strength, high-weather resistance bonding.
Coating Applicability:
Suitable for various surfaces, including metals (such as stainless steel, aluminum, copper), plastics (such as PTFE, polyimide), ceramics, glass, and composite materials. Its excellent flexibility and low-temperature resistance ensure good bonding performance even in extreme environments.

Construction Instructions
▊ Usage Instructions
To ensure optimal bonding performance, please follow the product manual for standardized operations. Before construction, ensure that the surfaces to be bonded are clean, dry, and free from oil, grease, and impurities. During application, evenly apply an appropriate amount of adhesive to the surface of the material to be bonded. Wait for a short period until the adhesive becomes slightly tacky, then press the two surfaces together and apply appropriate pressure. Maintain the pressure for a period of time until the adhesive is fully cured.
▊ Precautions
(1) Use in a well-ventilated area to avoid prolonged inhalation of adhesive vapors, ensuring your health and safety.
(2) Avoid contact with eyes or skin. In case of accidental contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical attention.
(3) Store the product in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated place, away from fire and heat sources, to ensure safe storage.
(4) Conduct a small-area test before full-scale application to confirm bonding effectiveness.
