1. GM-SN-004 Cement Anti-Corrosion Sealer Primer

Key Features:Long-term corrosion resistance – Resists immersion in 5%-50% sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, and saturated Ca(OH)₂ solution for 1 year; remains unaffected after 2,000 hours of salt spray testing.Closed-cell sealing – 100% closed-cell rate, effectively blocking penetration of acids, alkalis, and salts, ideal for sealing cement substrates.Eco-friendly & safe – Complies with drinking water standards, solvent-free, and passes national environmental testing.

Applications:Sewage tanks, acid production workshop floors, swimming pools, basements, and other cement surfaces exposed to strong corrosion.

2. GM-JS-005 Metal Anti-Corrosion Sealer Coating

Key Features:Metal-specific formulation – High impact resistance (50kg/cm²), bending resistance (no cracks on ∅10mm shaft), and strong adhesion to metal substrates.Extreme environment endurance – Withstands freeze-thaw cycles (-40℃~150℃) and 2,000 hours of salt spray without rusting.Easy application – Low surface preparation requirements; can be directly applied to sandblasted or manually derusted metal surfaces.

3. GM-GW-006 High-Temperature Heavy-Duty Anti-Corrosion Coating

Key Features:High-temperature resistance – Long-term endurance at 120℃-220℃ (non-immersion conditions) with no delamination or blistering in heat tests.Self-cleaning & anti-fouling – Marine exposure tests show no algae growth after 4 months, demonstrating excellent anti-fouling performance.Exceptional durability – Over 3 years of service life at room temperature; can be applied directly without a primer.

4. GM-QM-007 Wall Anti-Corrosion Coating

Key Features:Wall-specific formula – Resists moisture, mold, and peeling, suitable for extreme climates (-30℃ to 150℃).Chemical erosion resistance – Withstands acids, alkalis, and salts; remains intact after 2,000 hours of salt spray testing.Non-toxic & eco-friendly – Passes drinking water safety standards, suitable for food and pharmaceutical factory interiors.

Applications:Chemical workshops, coastal buildings, underground parking lots, and other wall surfaces requiring corrosion and mold resistance.

5. GM-DP-008 Floor Anti-Corrosion Coating

Key Features:High wear resistance – Wear index: 0.011g (500 rotations/750g), excellent impact and bending resistance.Multi-functional – Resistant to oil, alcohol, and static electricity (breakdown voltage: 15Kv/mm), suitable for complex industrial environments.Fast curing – Surface-dry in 2-4 hours at room temperature, fully cures in 7 days, supports multi-layer application.

Application Guidelines

      ▊ Substrate Preparation


Cement substrates: Clean, dry, and cured for at least 28 days (GM-SN-004/GM-DP-008).

Metal substrates: Sandblasted to Sa2.5 grade or manually derusted to St3 grade (GM-JS-005/GM-GW-006).

Walls/floors: Remove old coatings, oil stains, and repair cracks (GM-QM-007/GM-DP-008).


     ▊ Coating Prearation


For two-component products, mix in specified ratios, stir for 3-5 minutes, and let stand for 5-10 minutes for maturation (GM-DP-008/GM-QM-007).


 Application Process


Primer + Topcoat: GM-SN-004 requires layered application (primer: 0.2-0.3 kg/m², total thickness: 0.7-1.0 mm).

Multi-layer coating: GM-GW-006 should be applied at 50-80 μm per layer, with a total thickness of 200-300 μm and 2-4 hours between coats.

Avoid application during rain, snow, or strong wind.


Precautions



(1) Wear protective gloves, masks, and goggles during application, and ensure adequate ventilation.

(2) After construction, promptly clean tools with dedicated thinner to prevent coating solidification.

(3) Use protective equipment such as gloves, masks, and goggles during application.

(4) Maintain proper ventilation at the worksite to avoid inhaling harmful fumes.
