Fluorosilicone-modified acrylate

It is a 100% solid content hexafunctional fluorosilicone-modified specialty acrylate. This resin offers excellent stain resistance, high-temperature resistance, boiling water resistance, steel wool resistance, and good leveling.

Fluorosilicone-modified acrylate

Product Characteristics

Through graft modification, the fluorosilicon segments can be anchored in the cross-linked network, ensuring long-lasting and stable stain resistance.

Application Recommendations: 3D printing, UV adhesive, UV coatings.

Suitable for Coating: Metal, glass, plastics (such as PC, ABS, PET), ceramics, etc.

   ▊ Application Guidelines

Item

Parameter Requirements

Mixing Time

10-15 minutes (low-speed mixing to avoid bubble formation)

Application Temperature

15-30°C (preheat resin to 25°C if ambient temperature is below 10°C)

Diluent

No solvent addition required

Filtration

Recommended to use a 200-mesh filter

Coating Method

Blade coating, spray coating, dip coating (recommended film thickness: 10-50μm)

UV Curing Conditions

Wavelength 365nm, light intensity 80-120mW/cm², exposure 3-10s (adjust based on film thickness)

   ▊ Surface Preparation

The substrate must be clean, dry, and free from oil and dust. For metal surfaces, sandblasting (Sa 2.5, roughness 20-40μm) or chemical pretreatment (such as phosphating or passivation) is recommended. For plastic surfaces, corona treatment (dyne level ≥38mN/m) or flame treatment is required to enhance adhesion.
