1. GM-3040 Water-Based High-Temperature Pure Silicone Resin Coating

Key Characteristics:Water-based, environmentally friendly—free of toluene/xylene, low odor, compliant with environmental regulations.Cures at room temperature or when heated at 220°C, with fast surface drying (≤1 hour) and strong adhesion (Grade 0 in cross-cut test).Excellent heat resistance: long-term resistance up to 800°C for metal substrates, short-term peak resistance up to 1500°C.High coating hardness (4-5H), wear-resistant, impact-resistant, salt spray-resistant, and anti-yellowing.

Comprehensive protective lifespan: 20-30 years.Suitable for high-temperature applications such as home appliances, automotive exhaust pipes, ovens, and chimneys.

2. GM-3041 Water-Based High-Temperature Heavy-Duty Anti-Corrosion Paint

Key Characteristics:Two-component system with ≥72% solid content, forming a dense, pinhole-free film.Hardness ≥5H (Mohs scale), temperature resistance range: -20°C to 600°C.Resistant to acids, alkalis, and salt spray (2000h without deterioration), with strong anti-permeability.Short drying time (surface dry in 30-40 minutes), easy application (spray, brush, or roller coating).Ideal for highly corrosive environments in chemical, energy, and power plant industries.

Applications:Chemical tanks, acid/alkali storage vessels, desulfurization equipment, flues, boilers, and pipelines.Anti-corrosion protection for metal, concrete, and fiberglass substrates in acid/alkali-resistant applications.

  ▊ GM-3040 Pure Silicone Resin Coating


Substrate Preparation: Degrease and derust; sandblasting improves adhesion.

Application Conditions: 5°C–40°C; stir well before spraying; can be diluted with 5%–10% water.

Curing Method:Air drying (requires 1 week)Or bake at 220°C for 30 minutes

Packaging & Storage: 20/200KG drums; store in a cool, ventilated area (0°C–40°C); 12-month shelf life.


  GM-3041 Water-Based High-Temperature Heavy-Duty Anti-Corrosion Paint


Substrate Preparation:Bare steel requires sandblasting (30–45μm roughness).

Other substrates must be clean and oil-free.

Application Conditions:Temperature ≥5°C, humidity ≤85%.

Two-component mixing ratio: 1:0.085 (must be used within 12h after mixing).

Curing Method: Air drying; recommended film thickness: 200–350μm.

Packaging & Storage: Transported as non-hazardous; refer to label for shelf life.


Precautions



   ▊ General Requirements


(1)Test substrate compatibility before application; avoid working in rain/snow.

(2)Stir well if sedimentation occurs; clean tools immediately after use.

(3)In case of eye contact, rinse immediately with water.

(1)GM-3040: Recheck performance if stored long-term; high-temperature baking accelerates curing.

(2)GM-3041: Ensure no powdering before recoating; mixed paint requires 20–30 minutes of maturation.
